ALL SALES ARE FINAL - We do not accept Returns. All merchandise is inspected by our shipping department before shipping it to the customer.
Free Ground Shipping for all sales over $200 within 50 states.
For sales under $200 there is a flat $10 shipping charge that will be added to the total of your order
Expedited shipping will incur extra charges; we will contact you to advise you of any additional charges before charging your credit card
By accepting our policy you are confirming that you have reviewed the
specific size chart for the style you are ordering.
Please be sure that you have measured yourself carefully. We recommend that you should not measure yourself, but rather have a friend or family member measure you. Please call us if you need instructions for the proper way to measure yourself if you are unsure.
DO NOT BE CONCERNED WITH ordering the size that you normally wear. Sizes of dresses do run small
Order the size based on the measurements on the size chart. It is easier to alter the dresses to "take in" then to "let it out". Taking in is usually easier.
More then 90% of the customers do need alterations on their dresses - so make sure you have a seamstress to get alterations done at your end.
All styles not available at all times - some styles can take up to 4 months to order.
You should hold the tape measure loosely but firmly (not too tightly) and
find the largest measurement for bust, waist, and hips; be sure to choose
the size that has the largest of the three measurements.
Be sure to measure carefully as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
